Incidents

Incident HG-112. A minor gate breach was detected along the outer threshold during the last monitoring cycle. Containment held, no hostile spillover reached the inner circles, and baseline access routes remain stable.

Incident HG-097. Ashstorm interference disrupted long-range scrying around the Stream and Status nodes for six minutes. Gatekeepers restored visibility before route degradation could propagate.

Incident HG-081. Unverified movement was recorded near the Queue approach corridor shortly before dawnwatch. Patrol sigils flared, the corridor was sealed, and no entity crossed into the service lattice.

Incident HG-054. A resonance surge briefly echoed through the SCP dossier wing after archival traffic spiked. The ward anchors absorbed the overflow and the archive remained intact under Gatekeeper supervision.

Hell remains secure under active Gatekeeper oversight. All listed nodes are still considered safe for traversal while ward integrity, route seals, and observation posts stay online.
